Buckets filled with cleaning supplies will soon be traveling from Washington to help hurricane victims. The buckets will be distributed by the United Methodist Core on Relief to those devastated by storms, and Judy Fredrick tells KCII News they could go to any affected area including Texas or Puerto Rico. The Washington United Methodist Church congregation assembled 55 flood buckets for relief and clean up efforts. Each bucket has 15 items to help families, like dust masks, laundry detergent, latex gloves, sponges, clotheslines and pins. The buckets and lids were donated by Ace and More of Washington.
