Mid-Prairie quarterback Karson Gingerich recently cracked the top 10 in the Golden Hawk football record books.

The Golden Hawk senior, who has battled through injuries during his final season, completed his 10th career touchdown pass earlier in the season during a win over Louisa-Muscatine. That ties Gingerich for 10th in Mid-Prairie history with 1996 graduate Jake Fisher. Up next on the list is 2011 graduate Jaemin Powell with 12 for his career. 2000 grad Seth Fisher holds the all-time Mid-Prairie record with 33 in his career. Mid-Prairie will next be in action Friday when they travel to Anamosa.
