The Mid-Prairie Golden Hawk volleyball team had a tough weekend at the Clear Creek Amana Tournament Saturday.

The Hawks dropped all five matches during competition. They were beaten by Clear Creek Amana 21-15 and 21-9, Union 21-5 and 21-8, North Scott 21-4 and 21-9, Central DeWitt 21-14 and 24-22 and Iowa Valley 21-9 and 21-10. On the day Mid-Prairie was led by Myah Lugar with 12 kills, Caitlyn Riggan finished with 20 assists and Alison Yoder led the Golden Hawk defense with 107 digs. After the weekend Mid-Prairie is 4-19 on the season and will next be in action Tuesday at the River Valley Conference tournament in Tipton.
