A celebration of life service for 74-year-old Judith Ann “Judy” Bartholow of Muscatine, formerly of Washington, will be held at 2 p.m. Friday (10/27) at the First Presbyterian Church in Muscatine.

Visitation will be held Thursday (10/26) from 10 a.m.-12 p.m. at the Jones & Eden Funeral Home in Washington and from 4-7 p.m. at the First Presbyterian Church in Muscatine. A private burial will be held at Elm Grove Cemetery in Washington. A memorial has been established for youth ministry at First Presbyterian Church.
