The Lone Tree Lion football team flexed their muscles Friday against Easton Valley, pounding the River Hawks 78-38.
Bryce Houser led the Lion attack with 250 yards on 31 carries with five touchdowns. Aaron Slaughter added 10 carries, 92 yards and a pair of scores. The Lions racked up 429 total rushing yards in the victory. Harmon Miller was four of 11 through the air for 88 yards and a touchdown. Brock Smith hauled in the scoring pass and had a total of 92 yards on three grabs. With the win, Lone Tree is now 7-1 on the season and will next be in action Friday when they host Iowa Valley.
