The Mid-Prairie Golden Hawk volleyball team fell in all three of their matches Saturday at the New London Tournament.

The Hawks were beaten by Highland 21-16 and 21-16, West Burlington 21-13 and 21-11 and Van Buren 21-7, 17-21 and 15-11. On the day the Hawks were led by Myah Lugar with 11 kills. Caitlyn Riggan had 32 assists and Alison Yoder finished with 32 digs. With the losses, Mid-Prairie is now 4-12 on the season and will next be in action Tuesday when they travel to Tipton.

Winfield-Mt. Union was also in action at the New London tournament. The Wolves finished with a 3-2 overall record. WMU topped Louisa-Muscatine in three games 20-22, 21-15 and 15-7, English Valleys 14-21, 21-11 and 15-5, and Highland 25-23, 23-25 and 15-5 before falling to New London 21-5 and 21-8 and West Burlington 25-23, 18-25 and 9-15. The Wolves are now 11-17 on the year and will next be in action Tuesday when they host Wapello.
