A murder mystery will be on the stage this weekend as the Washington Community Theater presents Mousetrap. Director Lynn Loula shares the plot of the Agatha Christie play, “The plot is kind of a typical whodunit, kind of like the game Clue where there are a bunch of people, in this case trapped in a snow storm in a guest house in England, and when a murder happens then the rest of the play is trying to figure out who did it.” She adds there are quite a few funny scenes, mixed with a couple of jumpy moments. The eight-person cast includes theater veterans and newcomers from across the area.

The show will be at the Washington Community Center this Friday the 13th, Saturday the 14th, as well as October 20th and 21st at 7:30 p.m. and a matinee show will be held October 22nd. Tickets can be purchased in advance at the theater or online, as well as at the door.
