Registration is coming to a close on the Washington County Small Farms and Acreage conference to be held on Saturday, November 4.

Karen Bates-Chabal with the Washington County Extension Office tells KCII News that the all day conference will feature speakers addressing how to manage wildlife, farm ponds, the Emerald Ash Borer, windbreaks, and beekeeping, among other topics. The conference will be held at the Washington County Fairgrounds from 9:00 a.m to 3:00 p.m. Registration is $25. Please contact the extension office by Monday for more information or to register.
