The WACO football team ran all over Easton Valley on Friday night en route to a 64-42 win on senior night.

In the first quarter it was the Colton Horak show as he racked up three first quarter touchdowns on a 15-yard run, 20 yard run, and a 60-yard touchdown pass from Nik Coble. A pair of Easton Valley touchdowns later and the Warriors led 21-14 after the first quarter. The WACO defense went to work recording a safety on a Hunter Donaldson tackle for loss. The offense fed off the energy as Coble connected with Jason Sammons from 29 yards out and Horak reached paydirt on a 75-yard touchdown run. The Warriors took a 37-20 lead into the break.

WACO broke the game open early in the third on a Drew Kissell 42-yard touchdown reception and the next possession on another 25-yard touchdown run by Horak. The final blow was early in the fourth when the workhorse Horak scampered in for the 45-yard strike and the Warriors cruised to the 64-42 win. The junior runningback had a career day with 379 yards on the ground and five touchdowns with one more receiving score. Coble finished seven of 15 for 177 yards and four touchdowns. The Warriors had an astonishing 589 yards of total offense.

With the win WACO moves to 4-5 as Easton Valley drops to 2-6. The Warriors finish off the year next week traveling to Iowa Valley.
