The Highland School Board will be looking towards the future at two work sessions scheduled this Wednesday.

The board will have a work session at 6 p.m. in which Superintendent Dr. Mike Jorgensen and Business Manager Sue Rich will give a presentation of a five-year projection to show their predictions for enrollment, district expenses, and state supplemental aid. The session will adjourn and a joint work session between the Highland School Board and Lone Tree School Board will take place at 6:30 p.m. The boards will continue their discussion of operational sharing opportunities. The two districts share vocational courses through a 28E agreement and both share a transportation director with Mid-Prairie. Both sessions are open to the public and will be at Highland High School.
