Temperatures and Precipitation Below Normal So Far this November

In the first three weeks of November, Washington’s precipitation levels are half of what they normally amount to.

According to the National Weather Service, 1.62 inches of precipitation is normal during this time frame, but only 0.8 inches has been received, including a quarter of an inch over the weekend. The average temperature in the first three weeks has been 35.2 degrees in Washington, colder than the normal 41 degrees. Temperatures are expected to rise as the week progresses, with highs expected in the upper-50s Friday. Listen to KCII for weather updates.
