Trees, TIF, and Property on Washington Council Agenda Tomorrow

Trees, TIF, and property will be discussed at Tuesday’s Washington City Council meeting.

The council will consider bids for hazardous tree removal on city property. Also, the Fiscal Year 17 State TIF, or tax increment financing, report will be considered. TIF debts for Fiscal Year 19 will be considered. The sale of property at 208 East Jefferson Street will also be discussed, after a public hearing. The meeting begins at 6 p.m. at the Washington Public Library Tuesday.
