The final two performances of ‘You Can’t Beat the House’ presented by the Washington High School are on the stage tonight and Sunday afternoon.

The show is under the direction of Vern Miller and he describes the plot, ” “It’s about these two guys, they’re burglars and break into this house that’s for sale. And people show up to look at the house, and then they pretend to be realtors. Then the real realtors show up. It sort of bounces back and forth between these people and then you have some kooky things, and who knows, maybe the house is haunted.” There are 10 members in the cast. The play is at 7:30 p.m. tonight at 2:30 p.m. tomorrow at the Washington Area Performing Arts and Events Center. Tickets can be purchased at the door.
