Funeral services for 65-year-old Carmen Black of Washington will be held 1 p.m. Saturday (12/9) at the Jones & Eden Funeral Home.  

General calling hours will be held from 12 p.m. until 5 p.m. Friday (12/8) at the funeral home.  Interment will take place at the Elm Grove Cemetery.  In lieu of flowers and memorials, it was Carmen’s wishes that you plant a flower in your loved one’s memory.
