Schnoebelen has been a lifelong resident of Riverside, and has operated a local business, Schnoebelen Inc. for over 50 years. He was one of the co-chairmen of building Hall Park, and has also been a member of the Riverside Area Community Club. The public is invited to attend the open house Monday from 4-6 p.m. at City Hall.
