Dry, live Christmas trees should be disposed of, as they’re fire hazards.

Residents of the City of Washington can place trees in the southeast corner of Central Park. Residents can also place trees on street corners, opposite of fire hydrants. Another option is for the trees to be taken to the Waste Water Treatment Plant’s brush pile site. Tree pick up in the City of Washington will conclude January 10th.
