Three fire departments helped extinguish a garage fire in rural Washington County.

According to Washington County Communications at 5:17 a.m. Sunday dispatch received a call that a garage and car were on fire southeast of Haskins on Yucca Avenue. The residence was nearby but did not catch fire. Ainsworth Fire Department, Ainsworth QRS, Crawfordsville Fire Department, Washington Fire Department, Washington County Sheriff’s deputies, and Washington County Ambulance assisted at the scene. No injuries were reported.
