The Highland wrestling team traveled to New London last night for a triangular and split in their two duals.
The host Tigers got the best of the Huskies winning 36-24. Highland had two contested match winners in that dual including Cullen Klebe at 126 lbs by a 2-0 decision and Dan Burton at 160 lbs by a 9-2 decision.
The Huskies made it a split on the night by defeating West Burlington Notre Dame 41-33. Contested match winners included Cory Stewart at 145 lbs by fall in 4:00 and Dan Burton won again at 160 lbs by a 22-7 technical fall.
The Huskies get back on the mat tomorrow traveling to Louisa-Muscatine.
