The Keota basketball teams hosted Tri-County on Friday night and came away with a pair of wins.

After losing to them earlier in the season, the Keota girls got their sweet revenge with a 52-32 win. Up 35-24 heading into the final frame, the Eagles wore down the Trojans and the rout was on for the 20-point win. Addison Sprouse led the way for the Eagles with 20 points and Jill Schulte added 13. The Eagles improve to 2-15 after the win.

In the boys’ game, the Eagles managed the season sweep on the Trojans winning 66-47. The Eagles led 18-12 after the first but a big second quarter for Tri-County saw them up 31-25 at the break. The Eagles turned it on in the second half to outscore Tri-County 41-16 to cruise to the win. JD Stout had another big day with 29 points and Hunter Wilson had 16. With the win the Eagles move to 12-3 on the season.

Keota will get back on the court tomorrow traveling to English Valleys.
