Explore best practices for managing volunteers from Reiman Gardens and learn about how Master Gardeners are volunteering as citizen scientists contributing to research. Description: The Crawfordsville Lions are having a pancake supper Saturday February 17 from 4-7 p.m. at WACO Elementary School in Crawfordsville. Cost is $7 in advance, $8 at the door, $5 for those under 12, and preschoolers are free. Proceeds will go to support local projects, including Lara Hochstetler serving with world indigenous missions. Tickets are available from any Lions member or Agri Way Partners in Crawfordsville.

Description: Private pesticide applicator training will be held Thursday February 15 at the Washington County Extension Office. The training will be held from 6:30-8:30 p.m. Fee for the program is $20, and preregistration is not required but applicators are encouraged to contact the extension office for schedule changes due to weather conditions.
