Improve your health in 14 weeks. That’s the goal of a new initiative from the Iowa Department of Public Health.

The program is called “14 Weeks to a Healthier You” and is held online to help participants make healthy choices and become more active. The program is especially designed for individuals with disabilities, chronic health conditions, or mobility limitations. Also, “14 Weeks to a Healthier You” is free. People can register online and then provide some information to create exercises to meet their individual needs. It includes nutrition tracking, activity tracking, tips, reminders, and access to wellness coaches. For more information click here.
