A Columbus Junction man was arrested for stalking and other charges Monday.

According to the Henry County Sheriff’s Office at 5:59 a.m. deputies responded to the 1100 grid of Old Highway 34 in Mount Pleasant for a 911 hang-up call. Upon investigation it was determined that a disturbance occurred at a nearby residence. After further investigation 49-year-old Robert Hartsock of Columbus Junction was arrested and charged with stalking, a class D felony, and possession of drug paraphernalia, a simple misdemeanor. He’s being held in the Washington County Jail.
