The Washington boys’ bowling team saw their season come to a close at the state-qualifying tournament on Tuesday in Muscatine.

With just four bowlers the Demons placed seventh out of seven teams with a total score of 1784 pins. Louisa-Muscatine won the event with 2900. The Demons did have the third highest game average of all the teams with 156 per bowler. Tucker Renoux led the Demons placing 12th with a two-game score of 356. Drake Schluetter was right behind him with 354 pins placing 13th. Other scoring included Keaton Zear with 338 and Dacota Miller had 202. Baker scores included 113, 118, 90, 100, and 113.

Renoux ends his career and is the only Demon lost to graduation.
