The Mid-Prairie Golden Hawks visit the Washington Demons tonight for the latest chapter in their basketball rivalry.

The Mid-Prairie girls enter with an overall record of 11-9. In their last game they fell to No. 6 Cascade 50-34. On the season the Hawks are led by Addie Rath, scoring 17 points per game, fourth most in the River Valley Conference. Her 142 rebounds are also best on the team. Anna Vilovchik has the team lead with 53 assists.

The Washington girls stand at 6-13 on the season. The Demons fell at Clear Creek Amana on Saturday 60-56. Sarah Nacos led the way with 13 points. On the season Nacos leads Washington, scoring 12 points per game, fourth best in the Southeast Conference. Morgan Brinning has the team lead and is fifth in the conference with 44 assists. Addison Six is best on the team and second in the conference with 148 rebounds. The Golden Hawks won this matchup last year 64-42.

The Mid-Prairie boys enter tonight’s game with an overall record of 5-15 after a 69-48 loss to No. 3 Cascade Friday. On the season Mid-Prairie is led by Cale Robertson scoring 11 points per game, 10th in the River Valley Conference. Brad Tornow is best on the team and third in the conference with 65 assists. Tom Butters leads the Golden Hawks on the glass with 145 rebounds, third most in the RVC.

Washington enters tonight’s game with an overall record of 5-11. On the season the Demons are led by Jack Redlinger, scoring 12 points per game, fifth in the Southeast Conference. Dalton Myers leads Washington with 41 assists, seventh most in the Southeast Conference. Cale Hobscheidt’s 81 rebounds are most on the team and seventh in the conference. The Demons won this matchup a season ago 78-73.
