It is the final tune up before the postseason for the Washington girls’ basketball team, as they travel to face Mount Pleasant tonight in the regular season finale.

The Demons (6-14) will look to snap a two-game losing skid including falling to Mid-Prairie 57-46 on Tuesday. When these two teams matched up last month the Panthers came out on top 44-30. Washington will have to shoot better connecting on only 19% of their shots in the first meeting. Offensive production can come from Sarah Nacos, averaging a team-high 12 points a game while shooting 32% from the floor. Addison Six adds seven points and eight rebounds.

Mount Pleasant (10-9) is heating up at the right time winning their last four games. Maddie Williamson leads the Panthers with 16 points a contest. Kalynn Batey cashes in on 15 points and eight boards a game.

The Southeast Conference matchup gets started at 7:45 p.m. tonight at Mount Pleasant High School. Tune into 106.1 FM KCII starting at 7:15 p.m. to hear all of the live play-by-play coverage.
