Monday morning was met with foggy conditions in the Washington area.

The recent relatively warm air over the new snow pack resulted in the fog Monday morning, according to AccuWeather. Rain fell across the area Monday night into Tuesday with 3/4 of an inch of precipitation. The high temperature Monday was 64 degrees, and dipped down to 34 degrees for the low.
