The Iowa Mennonite School boys basketball team stepped outside of conference play Saturday traveling to HLV to battle the Warriors.

IMS ran their winning streak to eight in a row with a 69-47 victory. IMS started the game red hot, going on an 18-2 run that lasted the entire first frame. They led 36-13 at the half. Iowa Mennonite played even with HLV in the second half to seal the win. Jeremy Niemeyer led IMS with a career high 20 points. Cole Ours and Reggie Borntrager each had 14. With the win, IMS is now 17-2 on the year.
