Every successful basketball team needs that one person that cleans up the garbage down low and creates second chance opportunities. Winfield Mt. Union’s Allie McArtor was just that in her last season with the team.

No one hauled in more rebounds this season in the Southeast Iowa Super Conference than McArtor finishing with 236 to average 10.3 per game. One hundred of those were offensive rebounds that translated to five points per game and 36 assists on the season. The senior was so dominant the second half of the season she was in double figures for rebounds in 12 of the final 13 games including 18 boards on January 23rd in a win against IMS.

McArtor helped Winfield-Mt. Union to an 11-12 record.
