The Iowa Mennonite School boys basketball team had a great offensive season during 2017-18. The IMS boys finished sixth in the state in class 1A at 48% from the floor.

Mitchell Schmeider led IMS shooting 61% on the season, fourth in the Superconference among those with at least 50 shot attempts. Jeremy Niemeyer was fifth in the conference at 56% and Reggie Borntrager was seventh at 52%. IMS was also sixth in the state in three point percentage at 35% for the year as a team. IMS ended the year with a 21-4 overall record.
