Sheriff’s Office Asking for Public to Help Identify People Who Used Stolen Credit Cards

The Washington County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public to help identify individuals who have stolen credit cards that were taken in a burglary in Washington County.

According to the sheriff’s office, the cards were stolen in a burglary that happened March 5th. Authorities have obtained security camera images from businesses where the stolen credit cards were used in the Wilton and Walcott area. Anyone with information regarding the identity of these people or vehicle is asked to contact the sheriff’s office at 319-653-2107 or their tip line at 800-847-7492 (800-TIPS-492).
