The Mid-Prairie Golden Hawk boys golf team is back in action Thursday when they travel to Brown Deer Golf Course in Iowa City to battle the Rival Regina Regals.

The Golden Hawks are coming off of a fourth place finish at the Durant Invitational Tuesday at the Wahkonsa Golf Course. The Hawks were led by Noah Schlabaugh who took the individual tournament championship with a low round 75. Schlabaugh leads the Golden Hawks this season with a nine hole average of 41. Other scores for Mid-Prairie include Ryan Slaubaugh with a 47, Michael Callahan at 49, Collin Gingerich with a 54, Monte Slabaugh at 55 and Ryan Smit with a 57.

Regina comes into the match led by Mark Schomer with an average of 40 per nine holes. Other scores for the Regals include Casey Daniel at 53, Andrew Miller and Scott Arendt at 55, Ashton Cook at 56 and Nic Hein at 57. Action begins at 4p.m. at Brown Deer Golf Course in Iowa City.
