The No. 15 ranked Iowa Mennonite School boys soccer team continued their winning ways this season with a 5-0 victory over Mediapolis Tuesday in Kalona.

Defenses dominated the first 35 minutes but IMS broke through with a pair of goals from Louis Etienne in the waning moments of the first half before the break to grab a 2-0 lead going to intermission.

In the second half, IMS got insurance goals from Cody Jones, Isaiah Swantz and John Hughes while the IMS defense, led by a clean sheet from Blake Bontrager in goal made those tallies stand up.

With the win, IMS is now 4-0 on the year and will next be in action Thursday when they host Central Lee.
