The Washington Demon boys soccer team saw their five match winning streak snapped Thursday, falling at Mount Pleasant 4-1.

The Panthers jumped on Washington early taking a 2-0 lead into the half. The Demon tally came in the second half from Thomas Zimmer who moved to the top of the Demon offense and scored on a Simeon Buie helper. With the loss, Washington is now 8-4 on the year as they get ready to host No. 4 in class 1A IMS on Monday.
