The discussion about the opportunity for Washington County to purchase the current Federation Bank building in downtown Washington will be discussed Tuesday.

The Washington County Board of Supervisors began the public discussion about the possibility at last week’s meeting, in which they said the cost would be about $1.7 million. Also on the agenda for the supervisors’ meeting Tuesday are personnel change requests for the sheriff, public health, and county roads, as well as a grant application for an injection sprayer. The meeting begins at 9:30 a.m. Tuesday.
