A group of WACO High School students walked out of classes Wednesday.

The walk out was part of a national event called Stand for the Second, to show their support for the Second Amendment. A group of at least 20 students stood outside for 16 minutes at 10 a.m. According to staff, the group had not planned the walk out ahead of time, it was spontaneous. Some of the students who walked out are on the WACO trap team. Those students are Beau Beckler, Dakota Lemon, Jason Sammons, and Elizabeth Birchfield.
