Wednesday, Fort Madison’s Sheaffer Memorial Golf Course played host to the Southeast Iowa Superconference boys golf championships.

Top area finish came from the Winfield-Mt. Union Wolves with their team score of 337, finishing as conference runners-up. Central Lee won the title with a 330 team score. The Wolves were led by individual conference champion Kaleb Hagge with his three-over-par 75, he bested Issal Moeller of Central Lee on the second playoff hole to claim championship honors. Other scores for the Wolves included Nolan Ross 77, Jarod Kadel 90, Kash Rossiter 95, Noah Freeman 99 and Graham Hagge 106. Ross finished as a first team all-conference selection with Kadel named third team and Rossiter honorable mention.

Lone Tree finished eighth with a team score of 389. The Lions were led by Payton Lorak and his 92, placing him on the honorable mention all-conference squad. Other scores for the Lions included Keegan Edwards 94, receiving honorable mention accolades, Erik Edens 99, Josh Mills 104, Curtis Patterson 109 and Corey Krieger 117.

Highland was 11th overall with a team score of 406. The Huskies were led by Brady Hahn with a 96. Other scores for Highland included Jake Baker 101, Grady Yeggy 102, Zane Eagle 107, Colton Mellinger 114 and Richard Dunbar 117.

The Columbus Wildcats were 12th in the field with an overall score of 408. Evan Rees led Columbus with a 94 taking honorable mention all-conference honors. Other scores for the Wildcats included Ryan Orr and Tucker Bright firing matching 98s, Gus Orozco with a 118 and Ian Poehler at 122.

Iowa Mennonite was 13th in the field with a team score of 438. Trevor Leyden led IMS with a 90, earning third team all-conference honors. Other scores for IMS included Bronze Slabach 113, London Schrock 114, Cole Roth 121 and Max Martens 138.
