The Iowa Mennonite softball team scored their first win of the season Thursday when they knocked off the Columbus Wildcats in Kalona 10-1.

IMS never trailed, scoring twice in the second, once in the third and six times in the fourth to build a 9-0 lead. Hannah Harris got the win in the circle, going all seven innings, allowing four hits, and striking out three. At the plate Harris and Joya Schrock each had 2 RBI. IMS is now 1-6 on the year, they play at Highland Monday.
