Two medical helicopters were called to a rollover wreck on Wayland Road Saturday night.

According to the Washington County Sheriff’s Office, at 9:06 p.m. a single-vehicle rollover wreck happened on Wayland Road near 305th Street. The white F250 truck landed on its top. Two people were trapped and one person was ejected and found 20 feet from the vehicle with head injuries.

The driver was Craig Allen Lillie of Washington.

Two air care helicopters went to the scene and transported one person to the University of Iowa hospital. Washington County Ambulance also transported a patient to the University of Iowa hospital. Traffic was stopped on Wayland Road for an hour while crews worked at the scene. The Iowa State Patrol is handling the wreck. Names and conditions of the passengers of the truck have not been released.
