Washington’s Kellie Dallmeyer had an outstanding season in her freshman year.  Her numbers caught the eye of coaches around the state.  She was rewarded accordingly; as of last night, Dallmeyer is an all-state softball player.

In her second varsity season, Dallmeyer saw drastic improvements from her eighth-grade season.  She bettered her batting average by nearly 250 points, scored over twice as many runs and over doubled the amount of runs she drove in.

Dallmeyer finished third in the conference in batting average (.442) and runs scored (39), second in home runs (4) and second in on-base percentage (.558).  She walked 26 times on the year as well, which was good for second place in all of class 4A.

Dallmeyer was one of three freshmen state-wide to be named to any of the three all-state teams.
