The Washington Demon volleyball season starts next week.  But first, the team is getting some experience in with some scrimmages.

The team has done two scrimmages up to this point, going to Sigourney on Monday and WACO last night.  Their next and final scrimmage will take place on Friday at Clear Creek Amana.  Head coach Lexa Mahr says the scrimmages have been extra beneficial.

Their first game of the season will be next Thursday, August 24, at home against Mid Prairie.  The varsity match is set to get started at 7:30 p.m.
