The Keota Eagle softball team suffered its third straight winless season this year.  Despite that, two players on that team earned all-conference honors.

Junior Jill Schulte and sophomore Mikayla Beatty were the Eagles’ representatives, both receiving honorable mentions.

Schulte was solid on the defensive side of the ball, producing the team’s second-highest fielding percentage at .879.  She was also the team’s leader in stolen bases with three and second on the team in RBI with two.

Beatty was the team’s pitcher all year long, starting all 16 games and tossing 44.2 innings.  She also tied with Schulte in RBI with two and scored a pair as well.
