After starting the season 1-3, the Iowa Mennonite School volleyball team has righted the ship, taking second at the Burlington Notre Dame Tournament Saturday and sweeping Louisa-Muscatine in conference play Tuesday.

At Notre Dame, IMS dropped their first match of the day to Davenport Assumption in straight sets 25-20 and 25-15 before rebounding to beat Pekin 21-13 and 23-21, Notre Dame 11-21, 21-14 and 15-9 and Danville 21-13 and 22-20. Over the weekend, IMS was led by Rubye Ney with 24 kills, Sami Miller had 41 assists and Suzanna Yoder 33 digs.

Against Louisa-Muscatine on Tuesday IMS was a winner 25-15, 25-19 and 25-16. They were led on the night by Mia Graber with nine kills, Sami Miller had 19 assists and three aces, Suzanna Yoder finished with 28 digs. With their recent stretch of play, IMS now stands at 5-4 on the year as they host Mediapolis on Thursday.
