At Tuesday’s meeting of the Washington County Board of Supervisors the group discussed a supplement to an existing agreement with Terracon Consultants Incorporated regarding their work in preparation for a new communications building.

Supervisor Richard Young explained. “We signed an agreement with Terracon to do soil sampling, and then we found out we had to do one for geothermal. This is for the geothermal samples. The $750 is for the samples for geothermal for the new building. This is a supplement to agreement for services change to scope in service and fees, so that we can make that new building more energy efficient.”

The $750 supplement was ratified as a change to the scope of service and fees.
