Wet Fall Erases Moisture Debt in Southeast Iowa

According to the latest report released this week by the US drought monitor, all of southeast Iowa falls under the normal soil moisture category.

The only portion of the state seeing abnormally dry conditions is in portions of Wapello, Davis, Monroe and Appanoose Counties. The forecast calls for sunshine and temperatures in the middle 50s over the next week. Listen to KCII for weather updates.
