The Columbus Wildcat girls basketball team is on the floor Tuesday when they face off with Mediapolis.

The Columbus girls will be in search of their first win on the season after a 68-19 loss at home to Louisa-Muscatine to open the year Tuesday. In the contest the Wildcats were led by Anna Hamilton with five points.  The Bullettes enter play with a 1-0 record on the year after a 63-38 win over Winfield-Mt. Union on the road last week. MEPO was led by Mackenzie Springsteen and Maya Johnson, each with 24 points. The Bullettes enter play ranked No. 14 in the first poll of the year from the Iowa Girls High School Athletic Union.
