Holiday cheer will be spread at the Washington High School through the school’s Morale Machine. Erin Smith tells KCII News that next week the school celebrates Holiday Week. Staff will be putting together 50 gift bags for kids in the building who could use some extra cheer. Items in the bags include candy, hot cocoa packets, individual drink packets, gloves, lip balms, lotions, microwave popcorn, and other items that can help brighten a teenager’s day. Items can be donated for the Morale Machine and should be dropped off in the high school office.
