Keota High School will be celebrating Homecoming with a week filled of activities for students and faculty.

Students and staff will have the opportunity to have some fun with themed days that include a medical themed day, and a teacher look alike day. Thursday is “Anything goes day” where all four classes compete with one another in different games throughout the day. Keota senior Jillian Schulte says she is looking forward to this day the most, “That’s always a really fun time for the students and I love it. The senior class is always kind of getting an advantage in it and so it’s really exciting to finally be a senior and to get the win.”

Homecoming will will wrap up on Friday with a pep rally before the varsity basketball game versus Iowa Valley at 6 p.m. During halftime homecoming king and queen will be announced. Queen candidates are Jillian Schulte, Addison Sprouse, Frankie Johnson and Brianna Duwa. King candidates are Trey Carlson, Justin Moeller, Austin Waterhouse and Matthew Hyman.
