Man Arrested After Stealing Casino Chips

A man was arrested after stealing chips at the Riverside Casino and Golf Resort. According to the Washington County Communications Office, at 8:11 p.m. Thursday, a man stole $600 worth of chips from the cashiers cage. He then got into a vehicle that had been parked by the valet area. Washington County Sheriff’s personnel arrested 41-year-old Gregory Paul Dye of Cedar Rapids for theft in the 3rd degree. He was taken to the Washington County Jail.
