Washington County is taking part in Live Healthy Iowa’s 10 Week Wellness Challenge. Co-Chair of Washington County’s Live Healthy Iowa Edie Nebel says people in the county have set up teams and will track their physical activity and weight loss for the next ten weeks. The three school districts in the county will be taking part in a similar program that’s geared towards kids. According to Nebel 25 teams have registered, with a total of 181 participants. The challenge begins tomorrow.
