The 100 Great Iowa Nurses list has been announced and local nurses are listed. The 2020 list includes Dana Fowler of Mt. Vernon who works at Washington County Hospital and Clinics, Corrie Swartzendruber of Wellman who works at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics, and Louise Avery of North English who works at Keokuk County Health Center. The list award recognizes nurses that have made meaningful, lasting contributions to their patients, colleagues, and the nursing profession.
